It all adds up to lasting change. Policy that shifts, decisions that open up, and power that stays in the community long after the grant closes. The system, not just the symptom.

And they're never doing it alone. Each leader joins a cohort and a global community doing the same work, trading ideas, sharpening each other's proposals, and opening doors no one could open alone.

Then the funding follows. It goes straight to the leader, not through a middle layer. Most projects are funded for a full year, with the chance to renew, so there's room to build something real.

It starts with training. Leaders join our Accelerator, sharpening strategy, messaging, and policy skills, and shaping all of it into a project that's entirely theirs. The foundation. 🌎

The architect here is the local leader. They already know their community, and they can see exactly where the system is failing it. It starts with them.

What does an architect do? They picture something that doesn't exist yet, then bring together everything it takes to build it. Hold that thought. 🧵
