Sometimes when Bagheera is naughty, I give him forehead kisses, and he assures me the indignity is worse than any punishment

A gray tabby cat is sitting on the kitchen counter. his ears are partially back. his shoulders are hunched forward. the rage in his green eyes is present but almost resigned.

It's his birthday!!

a gray tabby cat is sprawled on his back across a couch with his baby Yoda blanket bunched up next to him. you can see his tummy is soft. you can see it is not yours to touch. his eyes are open only because the photographer has disturbed his luxuriating. he will get back to it shortly.

"Float On" acrylic on canvas 2024

An acrylic painting of brightly colored abstracted objects. At the top, a stretch of red with a deep crack in it is webbed over in pale white-purple. Lower on the canvas, Green ovals overlap. Their flat sides are bright and luminous, reaching into yellows. Their backs are almost half-spheres, but ridged and twisted, and their greens shift into blue and violet in the shadows. Everything sits on a blue violet field. Above the other forms are small orange bits of inconsistent shape that appear to be floating across the canvas.

Mirror dimension

A gray tabby cat sits in the reflective interior of a dishwasher. He can see the secrets of the universe from there. He cannot understand them.
