If we replace culture by structure, as we can see in most organisations we loose meaning and agency (typically enforcing more structure to compensate for the loss, only to make things worse). Anyway, great read, totally worth the paywall.

Sehr aufschlussreiche Analyse! Ich bin natürlich biased, aber meine es gibt gute Möglichkeiten längerfristig ökonomischen Erfolg zu haben ohne von seinen Prinzipien abweichen zu müssen. Es geht dann vor allem darum gerade die Prinzipien als Hebel zu benutzen, wie die Zusammenarbeit mit Medien.

Or is it even that ”stability and trust” are necessary for thriving capitalism, innovation and entrepreneurship? The challenge is to maintain the two sides in perfect balance as they can have a negative effect on each other with the consequence to cut off the branch you’re sitting on.
