How it's been going since Donald Trump took office. #USA #Trump

This image is a well-known internet meme called “This is Fine.” It depicts a cartoon dog sitting calmly at a table with a cup of coffee, while the room around it is engulfed in flames. The dog’s expression and the caption “THIS IS FINE” humorously convey denial or passive acceptance in the face of a disastrous or chaotic situation.

It’s often used online to comment on situations where someone pretends everything is okay despite obvious problems. The visual style and exaggeratedly calm demeanor make it both funny and a bit absurd.
