if i remember right, they told me: stretch your fingers & hand back on the afflicted wrist using your other hand, hold it for about 10 seconds then do the following i think 15 times each: - roll your wrist, clockwise or counterclockwise, doesn't matter - roll your wrist the other way (continued)

to appease Isabelle, i finally gave in and just allowed them to breed together, so that she would un-self-lobotomize and go outside again ... it is possible that mistakes were made.
