I'm doing some reading and poking around on the internet. Seems that it would be perfectly possible for a rotor drone to be at that altitude if built to get there. But also those types of balloons don't typically operate at that altitude. So definitely some mixed messaging there

Get another example of why the death penalty is such a problem. It is not a solution, it does not give closure, it is institutionalized emotional abuse. There's an attitude especially in the South that once you're a criminal you are no longer human. Pro-life ends after birth it seems
