Are these for drawing or eating?

You have transported me into the past, and only the good parts~ These are awesome!

Ri'en Karrot @rienkarrot.com · 22/09/2026

Oh gosh this is one of my faves, I haven't been able to find anything quite like it!

Ri'en Karrot @rienkarrot.com · 12/09/2026

Wonderful! The soundtrack is so good!

Don't blame yourself, if you want to stay in it but not feel so crushed, celebrate how far you've come and what you've accomplished (like global travel!) and discover another way to contribute/express/honor the field (perhaps art?). It's okay to pick a diff career or do diff education at any age.

Guess it's staying there forever

Omg I just head about how others will use subtweeting when they wanna do a nasty vague callout, it's shocking to experience! I'm sorry to hear friendships ended over misunderstandings, that's way more painful than disagreeing about something real...

Seeking accessibility tools for reading documents aloud. I just tested over 50 robot voices only to hear all models had heavy popping & sibilance (hissing s etc). Voice actors and highly trained singers - those get eliminated from their speech with practice. Could they pay actors for speech models?

First sketch vs second attempt. Still trying to get my coordination back, despite strokes to my coordination center (cerebellum)!

Looks like they want you to sleep well, all right...

Ri'en Karrot @rienkarrot.com · 11/08/2026

Wonderful work! Hope your hand gets lots of rest after this!

Ri'en Karrot @rienkarrot.com · 07/08/2026

I agree, it should be either clearly announced or not added!

The siren call becons us all!

It sure feels like floods of people in the SF bay area moved away to the Seattle metropolitan area in the past few years; hardly sounds like a move when the neighbors may be all the same people, hah!

Totally! It's important to be accountable for the impact on the house! Even private spaces, cleanliness could change everyone else's quality of life and sense of peace. Hope you are doing okay.

Plum continues to be clingy. I'm happy to report that Green is doing very well now, gained some weight back and is eating and playing again!

Plum is so happy to have his sick brother back from the vet for the third time, that he won't let him go while they sleep. Green is finally eating again! We're all crying with happiness. I got back from a small surgery, looking forward to healing together (but I can't hold him until Plum lets me).

Spending thousands on this little guy trying to find out why he can't eat, while I can barely work for a couple hours due to the stroke. My job pays for all of our health insurance as well as his, so I can't give up. I think the bright side is that I get to be home with him while we both struggle.
