Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 18/06/2026There's a rattlesnake in my workplace. It's rattling at me. 010
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 10/06/2026So is this the voice of the unheard or isn't it? 100
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 07/06/2026The account has obviously been paid to shill crypto. 001
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 05/06/2026Commentary of a South African surgeon - January, 2011. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 02/06/2026It would have been more fruitful for everyone in this discussion to have just masturbated. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 26/05/2026We have Klaus, the family cat, but we also have Mouse, who is Klaus' cat. This is Mouse. 010
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 25/05/2026My wife and I attended a baby shower with my side of the family. Dozens of pictures were taken, and this was the only good one. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 17/05/2026Wife + dog reveal. Go easy on her, she's very pregnant at the moment. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 14/05/2026Clear difference here between a statesman (Xi) and a politician (any elected member of FedGov). Ultimately, this is because Xi's power is real, not just ceremonial. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 04/05/2026I don't really care about whatever this cartoon is griping about, but I think it's really funny that one of these hooded figures is Clarence Thomas, who is blacker than the ace of spades. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 27/04/2026I'm actually kind of offended that I've been mistaken as MAGA. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 23/04/2026In which people FAR wealthier and better connected than I am make a case for petty theft - an antisocial nuisance for which none of them would ever face accountability (though I certainly would). 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 20/04/2026Are people being unreasonable when they see this and don't want to replicate it in their own communities? 200
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 15/04/2026My pet theory, which I could easily verify if I wasn't lazy, is that "Deseret" is an Anglicization of the Egyptian "deshret" (meaning "the red land"). A lot of Utah desert is an oxide orange color, so it kinda checks out. Map barely related. I live in one of the dark red counties. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 15/04/2026The bodycam gods have given us a 21st century Rorsach test. What do YOU see? 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 15/04/2026"I laid over 100,000 cubic yards of stone a year for thirty years to build monuments people visit 4,000 years later. Currency had not been developed. Horses had not been domesticated." "I was given $126,000,000,000 and twenty years, and I built nothing." 011
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 15/04/2026I think this constitutes a justified use of force, personally. 030
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 14/04/2026As a Calvin & Hobbes completionist, I like this format. 0141
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 08/04/2026This idiotic adventure will be advertised as another grand chapter in the chronicle of American Invincibility, and I will laugh and laugh and laugh. 110
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 06/04/2026This little detail is part of why I'm agnostic on the "daring rescue" story. 011
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 28/03/2026Finished the launcher. Now I just need to make some good rockets. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 21/03/2026Wife and I are prototyping the bottle rocket launcher I built. Should be a good way to teach my son elementary physics without having to do much book-learning. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 09/03/2026Talarico is not a practitioner of class politics imo. 100
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 09/03/2026There's no small irony in the fact that (arguably) the most competent 21st century government is the hand-me-down regime from Mao Zedong. Granted, the current CCP is operated by people he victimized, so it's a bit of a skinsuit situation at the moment. 000
Dexter Parker @ridingtime.bsky.social · 25/02/2026Scott Alexander also has a mass of work on the same topic. From the article here, this excerpt is the key. No other demographic's decline would be treated this way, and the solutions would not be regarded as a fascinating and complex mystery. 000
