You may have seen unverified police scanner reports about a group of kids Saturday night in downtown Pittsburgh. KDKA-TV asked a Pittsburgh Police spokesperson what happened. They said a “group of juveniles” took a bunch of PRT pamphlets from Wood Street Station and threw them into the street.
