Rick @rickshort.bsky.social · 10/01/2024Wine 1: Gigondas Gabriel Meffre ‘Saint Catherine’ 2020 (~$40 at total wine) Gigondas is a southern cru, known per the internet for its red, full, earthy wines. Having trouble nailing down the nose, it’s muted—pomegranate, vanilla Rich and smooth, flavors are very dark chocolate and earthy. 130
