Last year there was a huge rise in sports fans filming themselves watching their team’s games. And it’s all because of how mad/sad they got when their teams lost. Beautiful video. And that’s why this year’s trend of fans “hate-watching” other teams won’t cut it. Need real tears.

My Pitch For Doing The Lady in Greenpoint NOW!!! About an hour into the walk, there is a stop at Oak & Iron, a bar where I work. Currently, the walls are filled with charcoals of neighborhood scenes that are associated with the walk and story. This show will NOT last forever!

Someone did The Lady in Greenpoint the other night and when they got to the bar stop they had a beer $ sat at the window to look at the building across the way as they listened. Something very fulfilling to write those instructions/scene 5 years ago & someone doing exactly that.

What I love about the bar is that I get to talk to people all day about what they pay in rent and for how much space and stories about their shitty landlords or tbh their nice landlords too. I love this shit! I can’t believe they’re paying me to do this! I live housing stories!
