Shingles is reactivation of the chickenpox virus (Herpes Varicella Zoster (HVZ) virus) in a nerve fiber as your immune defense weakens with time against it (largely because we don't get continued exposure to kids with chickenpox). It awakens in a nerve with blisters and severe pain called shingles.

The European countries economies may not be growing much lately but make no mistake, they are rich countries - much wealthier than Russia. And if Germany's new leader, Merz, is good on his pledge to help UKR it will be bad for Russia. Russia's GDP is only half that of Germany!
