imagining emotions as keys on a piano was a watershed insight/shift for me (via IFS). It’s just fine to play two keys at once. Maybe it’s harmonious or not, momentarily… until another key etc. That’s music. Previously, I think I spent a lot of bandwidth…

and part of creation is subversion… which can be prosocial (playful), or chaotic (destructive). the joyful little rush of last few days has felt to me like a density of conscious pro-social players. Feels good!
