I had an absolute blast on the short fiction panel at Edge Lit yesterday. Had the privilege of being on with some great people which makes it very easy work! Thanks to @dancoxon.bsky.social for moderating and @alexdavis1981.bsky.social for having me. Edge Lit was probably my top con experience!

It's an issue that really seems to have gotten worse in the last few years. The difference between "this is shit" and "this isn't for me" is apparently a blurred line for a lot of people.

I just wrote what I consider to be the best story I've written and sent it off. Unfortunately, I also thought this for for the last 4 stories I wrote. So either I'm improving at a dramatic rate or I'm just very at judging my my own work 😂
