I like Cars, Music, Games (Board and Video), making models, and being facetious about stuff. I am not actually a transformer.

If this comes with a usable range and performance for the €15k euros they say they'll sell it for, they're going to sell an awful lot of them
The New Citroen 2CV Concept. It's almost unspeakably cute.

This isn't entirely new. when I was a kid, my mum had the vinyl version of Brothers in Arms which, I later found out, is about 10 minutes shorter than the CD / cassette versions. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brother...
Wikipedia info panel about the album Brothers in arms. CD running time is shown as 55 munites 11. Vinyl as 45:40.

I think the value, if there is any, may be in disguising enough of rhe detailed shape of the vehicle so that a drone operator has difficulty distinguishing a fuel truck from an ammo truck, from a command vehicle- the same way car makers use it to disguise the specific details of prototypes on test
Jaguar Type 01 prototype in dazzle camo to make it hard to work out exactly what it looks like.

Just this. Slightly low year for me. Geedubs back but didn’t have anything I wanted, micro arts studio not there. My wife went all-in on flamecraft (cute dragons crafting things board game) and my mecha-loving daughter was very taken with “Ember: obsidian protocol” but the starter’s still preorder.

Goodfellas doesn;t even have it as subtext, it's right there in the narration.
Excerpt from the script of Goodfella. it reads:
HENRY (V.O.)
For us to live any other way was nuts. To us, those goody-good people who worked shitty jobs for bum paychecks, who took the subway to work every day and worried about their bills, were dead. They were suckers. They had no balls. If we wanted something, we just took it.
If anyone complained twice, they got hit so bad they never complained again. It was routine. You didn't even think about it.

Yeah, and this section as well about Karen meeting the wiseguys' wives for the first time. Arguably the whole structure of the film is steadily stripping away the glamour of the life bit-by-bit. At the start, it's cadillacs and fur coats. At the end, it's errands, and justified paranoia.
                                     KAREN (V.O.)
                              (continuing over
                              dialogue)
They had bad skin and wore too
much makeup. I mean they didn't
look very good. They looked beat-
                         up.

               CLOSE UP - WOMEN

               Talking.

                                     KAREN (V.O.)
You never saw teeth like that where
I was growing up and the stuff
they wore was thrown together and
cheap. A lot of pants suits and
                         double-knits. And they talked about
how rotten their kids were and
                         about beating them with broom
                         handles and leather belts, but
that the kids still didn't pay any
                         attention. When Henry picked me
                         up, I was dizzy.

Downshift is one of my favourite “muscle car” TFs (of which there have been pretty few), and mine has stayed in a shelf near my current spot for years, so he was easy to grab for this pic
Downshift. A green muscle car transformer who’s kind of a mix between a Plymouth barracuda (most of the body shape) and a Chevrolet Chevelle (the nose and grill).

Whoever's in charge of vehicle design for 40k at the moment is clearly missing the brief. These are just real vehicles.where are the stuipidly mounted weapons, the unneccesary bling, the exhausts that feed back onto the cabin?
the "Centaur APC". It's a WW2 american halftrack, just with a few mnore angles and extra windows. Paint a star on the side instead of a skull and it could be off the set of Band of Brothers."Hippogriff AFV". a 6-wheel armoured car. this is almost identical to the Alvis Saladin, which served in the british army (and many others) during the cold war.

I’ve been playing through it again on one of those emulator handhelds. It holds up really well I think.

I do hope the person at Mattel who said “You know if we did slightly nicer paint jobs and tyres on Hot Wheels cars we could sell them for 4x the price” got a nice bonus that year.
A hot wheels Metro 6R4 from the upmarket range, evidenced by the rubber tyres and more detailed paint and print work.

Bake-off might have finished for the year but I’m still here pushing the boundaries of the culinary arts.
It’s an Aldi mince pie with some buttercream icing inexpertly piped on top.
