Edging closer to the finishing line with work on the third and final Grim Humour book. Have to admit really enjoying returning to some of the old reviews in these last few issues of the 'zine. Still wholeheartedly stand by many of the sentiments, too!

Working hard at finishing the third and final Grim Humour book. Certainly enjoyed revisiting the letters section of the last edition of the 'zine in 1993 where certain people continually GOT THINGS COMPLETELY WRONG. There were certainly some idiots amongst the readership.

Excellent review of the Nick Mott 'Withings...' art book/CD at OutsideLeft here by Alan Rider. As indicated, it's pretty hard to write about an art book, but he does a grand job of it. Pre-order: fourthdimensionrecords.bigcartel.com/product/nick... Review: outsideleft.com/main.php?sto...

Andy Jones, Rob Hale and myself in, I guess, late spring or summer 1982. I think we'd finished school and were on the dole, doubtlessly getting some ideas together for what would be the first edition of Grim Humour. Good times. Helped along by tea and our first taste of 'shrooms!

Working hard on finishing the final Grim Humour magazine book. Loved returning to these old editorials and letters, where I'm bemoaning the wet tissue-adorned indiescape, suggesting Riot Grrrls both go back to the kitchen and dress better and telling idiots how wrong they are about Whitehouse!

Have to agree with this review at Compulsion Online of Sion Orgon's new 'Discord in Disorder' CD. I'll say it myself, but I release some of the most adventurous music presently around. Way ahead of those delusional enough to think they're at the front line... compulsiononline.com/sion-orgon-d...
