@vodacomsa.bsky.social staff informed me that criminals tricked the company's AI, "Toby", to remotely steal my SIM card and gain access to my WhatsApp account. I did not consent for my account to be "retrieved" via an AI bot. Now, there is a block from conducting a SIM swap. Very frustrating.
