Ah the early morning and I would argue that 4 hours of sleep is enough to get through the day. Not ideal but I've had less. I wish I had a plan for today to get some blood flowing for the old timer but yesterday he had a pretty busy day. Maybe today will be puzzles and a few movies! Any suggestions?

Sometimes in life we can look back and recognize that what we thought was real is often not. I spent many years learning how to clear buildings. And I thought that in doing so I was helping safeguard the homeland. In reality all of that was to be done in other countries. Fucking shame
