Liverpool winning 6-3 away against LASK, and City losing 3-0 at home to PSG before halftime, is just the lift this week needed.

I’m not overtly political on here, but I do hold some particular persuasions.

Highlight of my day was jokingly asking my 28 year old colleague how he was celebrating 9/11 and then having to explain how the WTC incident was a pivot point in history and the main reason everything is so shit these days. He was 3 at the times and is blissfully unaware of world events. Jealous!

I always think of myself as open minded and love to search out new music, but my favourite albums so far this year are Neurosis, both Converge records, and At The Gates. Maybe nothing has changed in the past 30+ years?

So long Arne Slot. Think I had more faith in you than most, and this season has been difficult for various reasons, but it’s probably for the best. Thanks for the Premiership title! Onwards. YNWA!!!

Last night I relented and fed my delay and reverb through my amps effects loop and it improved my guitar sound exponentially. Curse my stubborn laziness for not doing this sooner.

My wonderful little sister died on New Year’s Day, aged 42. A botched operation led to irreparable brain damage. After a three week coma, her ventilator was removed and she passed away in minutes surrounded by her loved ones. Still heartbroken and it feels very surreal. What a world!
