me making thumbnails for ideas tonight vs when i actually go in to refine them

A crudely drawn two panel comic. The first panel shows a stick figure blissfully drawing on a tablet. The text for this panel reads "me when i'm the ideas guy (thumbnailing)". The second panel shows the same stick figure now drawn with forehead wrinkles, noticeable under eye creases and frown lines. They are referring to a muscles book and thinking about how general anatomy should work, although they appear to be struggling.

shepherd's warning 🌄 #ffxiv ✧ #art

An illustration of Halmarut from Final Fantasy XIV, an Au Ra woman with long red hair and green dragon-ish horns and tail, wearing round glasses and an old-fashioned dark green dress. She is standing at the base of a tree, with branches and roots circling her. Above her is a large star, with 13 smaller stars in an oval around her - seven of them are ensnared in the trees branches and roots, and Halmarut is reaching out towards one of the un-ensnared ones, with a few bright blue butterflies flying from her hand towards the star. An intricate gold border surrounds the scene, incorporating Halmarut's Ascian glyph and the flower patterns on her dress into the frame.

Aloe could not be further from a self-insert ffjdkdk I think how I type in party chat betrays who is she as a character because I'm so emotive! Aloe started as a vague mean and cold personality and took a more defined shape and character as I played through the MSQ 🙂‍↕️

Niche hope for Evercold (and all future expacs) is another round of the joke/figmental weapons from treasure dungeons! It's such a fun and rewarding drop that made the 20 clear treasure dungeon achievements lively

A stained glass tribute to Lucinne (top Left) and Aloe (bottom right) as they gaze at eachother across a montage of all the journeys they've been on together and at the center a symbol to their next adventure.
The golden text around the center ring reads 'I'm so glad it's you'.

I like when people draw halmarut as a tiny little beppi but also I like when people draw halmarut as an intimidating freak woman. Much to think about

I wish "whump" didn't actually mean anything as a word because it'd make for a great onomatopoeia

I really try to be ok with being done with a drawing at the sketch but oh it'd be nothing to line it. And colour it. And well I'm already here and it'd look better with rendering.
