I can't thank @tfcon.bsky.social LA2025 enough for going beyond the definitions of what infuriates so many smallminded people. Because of their above and beyond amazing standards and environment, my service dog Nunya was able to work and play with me and the other Volunteers the entire three days.

So I described kink and fetish in very few words today. I miss being active in that world but I haven’t been able to since Covid began. My last convention I worked was in Feb 2020, at one of the final Fetish Flea Fairs in Rhode Island. After that … life got very difficult.

So. United Healthcare story. My rescue inhaler (albuterol) was $65 in pre-2016 money, and my maintenance inhaler was $120 or so. Diagnosed chronic asthma and hospitalized at 4 years old so like. Clearly not medically necessary, right? You don’t need lungs to live, right?
