September passes into October, and almost all of the heather has closed #WildFlowerHour
Some Water Mint is still flowering, and one Hedge Woundwort plant had emerged in flower #WildFlowerHour I didn't think that any more Hedge Woundwort would be flowering now
Stalk's Bill continues to flower in a corner of a field, these are nice to see #WildFlowerHour
Pretty pink and purple wildflowers! I think this was some kind of scabious #WildFlowerHour
There are not many plants in flower following the heatwaves, but I found Common Stalk's-Bill still in flower for another week #WildFlowerHour
Common Stalk's-Bill had flowered, disappeared, and now has returned again! #WildFlowerHour
Herb Robert and Wood Speedwell are some of my favourite plants that I've seen so far this year! #FavouritePlant #WildFlowerHour I saw these during May, before the heatwaves.
Some Common Centaury has returned, where there's been more shade from trees #WildFlowerHour
Blackberries are the yummiest fruit! #Fruits #WildFlowerHour There haven't been many due to the drought over the summer, alas!
Great Willowherb plants have been continuing to flower, struggling somewhat with the heat #WildFlowerHour
A new plant, remarkably! I think this might be Common Stalk's-Bill? #WildflowerID #WildFlowerHour We have had a little rain, although it remains to be seen whether more plants will be flowering
I found one Common Centaury plant that was still flowering #WildFlowerHour I'm not seeing many flowers at all these days, and tree leaves are changing colour and falling from the heat and lack of rain
Common Fleabane is one of the few plants still in flower during the continuing heatwaves, and there was a Common Blue butterfly! #WildFlowerHour Assuming this posts, as bsky is giving errors; hopefully everyone's enduring...
St John's-Wort was still flowering in some places, although it's already finished flowering or hasn't even flowered in other places due to the heatwave #WildFlowerHour
I found some Common Knapweed #WildFlowerHour I'm finding fewer and fewer flowers, and the heat continues...
Herb Robert, fading and fading in the continuing heatwave, so few left #WildFlowerHour
Blue and pink and white flowers! I found some Chicory on the edge of a field, and some Field Bindweed elsewhere #WildFlowerHour
I found Water Mint and Gypsywort by a stream #WetlandPlants #WildFlowerHour But if there are any local marsh plants like Bog Asphodel and Bogbean, I don't know where they are. Also, even the Water Mint is sparse in other places due to the continuing heatwave...
I haven't seen many small geraniums for some time, and much of the Herb Robert that I've been seeing seems to be finishing flowering #StillFlowering #WildFlowerHour
I found some Common Fleabane and Agrimony still in flower this week #StillFlowering #WildFlowerHour It's been exceptionally hot with no rain for weeks...
