drawing that^ (well the original pencil sketch) 3 years ago was the jumpstart to working on Riverine. uh. unfortunately....i think drawing this is doing the same thing for me with Riley's story. I've fleshed it out more in the last 2 days than I have in years. oh no. oh no.

I'm proud of a lot of things in Riverine so far, especially with power usage and trans stuff, but maybe the most is using HEAT as a vehicle for Brooke to realize that Caleb is aromantic

Being back on hrt means I'm remembering dreams again. Might as well make a thread. C/w: suicide

I had a dream that I was in this city and I think helping this person look for someone missing. I do have instances of being at work but those aren't shown, I'm mainly wandering around investigating.
At one point my friend is accosted by two young women who work for some beverage company and are vendors trying to like sell product or something. One of the women is very assertive and demeaning and I walk by and go "what are you doing stop being weird" and the assertive one is goes "uh btw we are gay like you two" and my friend and I are like "we aren't dating" and I kinda intimidate the assertive one bc im over a foot taller than her before leaving.
I then end up at a local park that's very busy but there's a ||suicide|| cult there? They just have people ||kill themselves very painfully in the middle of the park in gruesome ways. Like feeding themselves to sharks || or something. A family also looking for someone missing i think sees their person in the cult and the mom goes "HEY WTF" bc there are just so many bystanders watching and then a massive brawl happens between people and the cult
