I'd really love a Lord of the Rings set game that was a little more focused on exploration and adventure as opposed to being so action focused, but alas. Don't know if we'll ever get something like that.

I'm a better gamer now than I was back when I first played it a million years ago, and it definitely feels easier this time around, but it does feel really clumsy at times. I was never particularly great at free-flowing combat systems smh

Also, now that I'm playing it again, at least in these short bursts, I'm also starting to remember having to influence Uruk politics to be specific ways in order to progress the plot and that was honestly kinda annoying.

Played a little bit more Shadow of Mordor just because, and I think I remember exactly why I thought the nemesis system was so annoying. If an enemy kills me, I don't really think I want it to get stronger the next time I encounter him?

My problem with Cyberpunk right this second is that all of the side quests are so much more fun and interesting than the main story. I'm having such a good time with it, but I'm just stalling on the main quest so much.

Not to mention, I'd be SIGNIFICANTLY more interested in trying out the melee combat in the game if it wasn't first person. Rhea HATES first person melee.

I get that there's the argument that it's part of the role playing aspect of the game world, but real life is full of waiting for phone calls and I can't say that's something I enjoy generally??? I don't know. I'm nitpicking mostly, it's an otherwise fantastic game.

Okokokok, so, honestly a lot of the missions in Cyberpunk have objectives that are just waiting for people to call me or things like that and it's definitely a little bit obnoxious. It's not the end of the world and there's many, many things to do to kill time, but like, why?????
