with yuji horii heavily implying that remakes of dragon quest 4-6 are releasing at some point in the future, i think dragon quest 12 is gonna be like botw where it takes place in the distant future of the entire series, given most of them are connected loosely

still thinking about that one undertale au where frisk was explicitly listed as afab because they’re an uwu soft bean innocent baby and chara was listed as amab because they’re violent and kill and they’re abusive the old ut fandom really thought they were progressive 😭

UPDATE: been living in my new place for a week and i can say it feels like a sitcom in the best way possible

i feel like tomorrow we’re gonna get a star force legacy collection lol for some reason i feel like they’re gonna fully remake the legends games instead of having them in a collection

000

rhea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @rheaost.bsky.social · 30/07/2025

seeing people talk about a new star fox game that’s on the level of dk bananza and imo i feel like plot-wise it should be a sequel to zero (maybe with a remake or movie of zero’s events) just so there can be the chance for a cleaner plot with less plotholes and so we can ignore command

this is the biggest compliment i can give to this game btw i love how sequence breaking is just so common in this game that i did it on accident

010

rhea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @rheaost.bsky.social · 19/07/2025

bananza is crazy because i just found out i accidentally skipped an entire layer that has a bananza. i accidentally sequence broke it 😭

to be fair baby park does have that massive loop, but they could easily replace it with like a water slide or something

010

rhea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @rheaost.bsky.social · 12/07/2025

actually hell, a whole amusement park island would go so hard. imagine stuff like this, waluigi pinball, and baby park……

i feel like they’d have to change too much given both antigravity and underwater driving were big parts of it in 8dx, but then again wario’s shipyard was massively overhauled so i’m sure they could get the spirit down LOL

220

rhea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @rheaost.bsky.social · 12/07/2025

i still can’t believe there’s nothing from 8, i figured there’d be at least one like sunshine airport or electrodrome

right after the ethel cain drama too i love how it’s just accepted for white people to have a racist phase. you’re not a trans activist if you don’t care about trans women of color.

050

rhea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @rheaost.bsky.social · 12/07/2025

actually i’m allowed to be vocally upset at the trans girls who are racist towards me. idc if they’re trans they don’t see me as a part of their community so i don’t see them as a part of mine. sincerely a tired brown trans girl

actually having damon and baby be the final announcement was a masterful marketing gambit want to advertise aa titles/new ips to their main audience (fighting game players) > arcsys showcase > people will watch expecting fighting games > damon and baby reaches a mass audience

wait so if i got 9am launch day delivery it won’t come before 6am (walmart opening time) right? i’m just asking because i don’t want it getting stolen 😭

you WILL have starfury you WILL have the pure nail you WILL have the laser glaive and you WILL like it

imo it makes sense from a business perspective even with oot, mm, and ww being on nso because marketing it as like “the definitive way to experience the story and legacy of the hero of time” with all the improvements of the respective remakes would be free money i’d buy it at least 😭

120

rhea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @rheaost.bsky.social · 08/05/2025

honestly i could totally see a switch 2 collection with wwhd, tphd, and maybe upressed versions of oot3d and mm3d and release them as like “the legend of zelda: time’s legacy” for $90 for the 40th anniversary next year lol

at least the mario rpg remake ost finally released so we take the wins we get given it’s published by square enix music rather than nintendo i wouldn’t be surprised if it came out on streaming…

metallic madness ⚙️ #sonic | #art

an illustration of giant blocky letters reading METALLIC MADNESS, with classic sonic and metal sonic balancing on rotating gears on opposite sides of the text. metal sonic seems focused, while sonic himself seems like he's having a rough time keeping his balance. hang in there, sonic!

tbh i feel like she’s more maria’s niece. not just because her being in her early 50’s feels like a stretch but because i feel like she’s further removed from the robotniks than we think

it feels like shadow still has some strokes of his edgy anime rival persona but i'm glad this exchange happened because this comic is definitely many people's introduction to sonic and it shows that shadow is more than that

i've always loved card games (especially a board/card game hybrid called sequence which i always loved playing with my family) but balatro's been getting me more into other types of card games over the past few years. i'm pretty glad the first balatro irl cards is just a normal deck instead of a tcg
