We literally saw that crash happen while we walked back from town! It tried to get round the corner at a very odd angle and took the side of the bus off with the barrier.

Same here, I used to go to Covent Garden a lot as a child and think I’ve just got bored of it (as well as it being too touristy now). Same for Camden and Oxford Street, although did enjoy getting bus along Oxford Street recently which is best way to see it!

We live next to Gatwick so flying has been the easy default choice for us, but a train to St Pancras is also very easy! First trip will be Lille in February.
