So fun spending the morning with @disneyscoopguy.bsky.social ✨ Disney friends make the parks feel like home.

As I stepped off the boat, the clock struck 7:45. The whole façade came to life—like a giant cuckoo clock—and out marched the dolls, dancing in time. A final reminder: the world keeps moving forward, not backward. That we can build a world where our differences are celebrated. 🌞

I was fully in my feels, fully in the moment. I felt Walt. I felt Mary.

I thought about the millions of people who’ve ridden it. The memories made. The peace it’s offered. The impact it’s had. To me, it’s much more than a ride.

In one moment I was thinking about the new Sherman Brothers verse. It hasn’t debuted yet, but it already feels profound—like the next chapter of a global lullaby.

It was also about the message. It always gets me. We are more alike than we are different. Even in a divided, chaotic world, this ride dares to imagine harmony, hope, and connection.

Shed a few tears on “It’s A Small World” last night. It was about the art. The colors, the design, the motion—every single detail is intentional and timeless. I still find it to be one of the most beautiful pieces of art ever made.

The 70th banners already make Sleeping Beauty Castle shine, but those medallions with the golden trumpets and stardust swirls? They’d add that perfect little something—like the castle dressed up for its own fairytale. 💫 #Disneyland70

QOTD: “Mom, can you call me back? Something really bad happened on this ride” “There’s two boys saving us” This kid is fucking hilarious. Truly making the ride an experience to remember.

I’ll admit—I was hesitant at first but last night I unlocked the Key to Disneyland. Let’s just say… the magic found me. ✨ #CelebrateHappy

Not at all! I feel like I know more about you through your one month old profile than you’d know about me from my year old profile. Keep it up 👍

ryan @rgilmore89.swifties.social · 07/01/2025

Okay, legit just learned the best way to use lists from your profile. Will need to work on my own version.

It’s essentially the same as TT but with a few less features. The team at BS is incredibly welcoming to all and are always working hard to add new features as the base grows. Btw, so glad to find you and so many other swifties here already :)

ryan @rgilmore89.swifties.social · 08/11/2024

Happy you’re here either way!

ryan @rgilmore89.swifties.social · 06/11/2024

So I guess we’re back here?
