OC Doodlin' "Thorn in My Side" Gonna take the spotlight off Phinn for a bit to focus on what my other OCs be doin. Starting with Olivine, who I originally intended to have as a deuteragonist in Phinn's eventual 1000+ chapter story in 2070(I'm not doin that🗿) More in alt text. #DaMicroOCs #oc #art

"What a beautiful day!" An old man waters flowers outside of a large treehouse. He speaks to the birds chirping nearby. "I need so stretch these old bones every now and then, or I'll become slimy goop! Ho-ho-ho!"

He stops watering and turns slowly to a black spot opening up in the ground. "Ah, it seems someone wants to disturb the peace today. And what can I do ya for?"

Out of it comes a mannequin donned in Gothic clothing saying " I take it you know who I am and why I'm here."

"The old man responds "Ha, lost child. Ya don't sound too sure yerself" They both pause for a moment and the old man continues "The spitting image of the Big Lady herself huh. With some added flare nonetheless. Ah, the good old days." He makes a gesture to welcome the doll inside. "Well, I know the "why" now, but what should I call you, Remnant of House Desdemona?"

"Olivine is fine, thank you." replied the mannequin politely. "Ah yes, a fine name you've chosen" replied the old man. "You can call me Edward and welcome to my humble abode. I take it you're here because of that flashy dagger, no?"

Olivine removes the dagger from their side and presents it. "I don't want it. Yet no matter how far I throw it and no matter how much I will it, it will not leave me behind." Olivine then throws it far outside the treehouse only for it to reappear in their hands immediately.

Edward looks on in shock. "This blade once belonged to the Lady herself. A gift. It could simply be that it thinks you are its rightful owner. As for what that blade was used for... I'd rather not let it come to pass. I cannot separate it but I only hope that she left it behind with good intentions and more importantly..." Edward stares daggers at Olivine "...that it has entered the right hands."

Olivine took at as their cue to leave. "It's been nothing but a thorn in my side, old man." The portal opens beneath Olivine as they sink into the floor.

Edward continues his watering. "A doll huh? Hmm..."
