Last Sunday I was privileged to preside at a service at Mountfield Church, a Church that feels as though it hugs you when you enter. The Church (All Saints) has parts that are considered to date back to the 1080s, and it is more than likely that a Saxon Church once stood there. Utterly awesome.

Climate change was predicted in the 1850’s by a US Scientist, Eunice Newton Foote. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eunice_...

Some months ago, the bare areas of the field were flooded, and the seeds rotted. Since then we have had little rain, the soil is cracked and growth is stunted. One field that last year produced 90 bales, has 25 this, and most are down at least 50%. Food doesn’t grow on shelves.

I was at a WW2 history event on Saturday, and this was on display. We have learnt nothing from the past.

Here we have a photo, taken just after the disaster of leaving the EU, of Trump with Farage and the self-styled, ‘bad boys of Brexit.’

Before the service, I walked down the Churchyard footpath, stopping where it passed by the side of the field, and took this video. Spring is definitely emerging.

I am in awe of the skill of artists, Brigit. The Church of St Thomas a Beckett stands alone on the Romney Marsh. This artist using pencil only, has summed up the marshes and remoteness in a way no photo ever could.

President Musk hates any that oppose his lies and deceit. Fortunately in the UK we have genuine politicians that can correct him and those that hang on his every word.
