A calendar for Wear Your Story: A Battle Jacket Workshop Series with Salvation Artists Collective at Reuse Commons Lake City. The text reads, "This five-part series explores a variety of low-cost textile arts and creative repair techniques that can be combined to create a unique, personalized battle jacket. Each class is available on a self-select sliding scale for $25–$40. Attendance at each class is recommended, not required. Basic workshop supplies will be provided, but students are encouraged to bring their own personal items to incorporate into their work. No prior sewing or artistic experience is required". All of the classes are from 1:30–3:30. The classes are as follows: Fabric Block Printing on July 25, Fabric Collage on August 8, Decorative Repair on August 15, Painted Fabric Art on August 22, and Assembling the Jacket on August 29.

We hosted our first collage-making class in Seattle! It was such a delight. It was $10 and all materials were provided, so the only thing folks had to bring was their creative juices ✂️🖼️🫶🫶
