I’m going to share this at the risk of being raked over hot coals of my witch ancestors. I recently had the did a long tour of duty as a patient in our nation’s mental health system (the part that accepts Medicaid, which is NOT at all like commercials) and gotta say, the sickest were the Trumpers.

From personal experience I can confirm that one minor can rape another. And “forcible“ is just another term that weaponizes the process against complainant/survivors. I don’t mean that to be a slash at anyone. It’s rare to have real people discussing the implications of this area of law.gratitude

As far as I can tell, Endrew F. Was his last good work for SCOTUS. It overturned Gorsuch’s decision in Rowley. I thought it was significant that the case and strongly worded opinion written by Robert’s, was decided during Gorsuch’s confirmation hearings. Should have signaled Congress but alas…
