Ha. That's funny. I've been OFF Blusky for like a month because I won't verify my age (no I don't have a credit card and the other methods are wildly invasive) But I can use the web version on my phone apparently. So... Hi again?

Today is the day I get to wear one of my favorite shirts.

Me wearing a red shirt that says "yas queen" with an illustration of the statue of Liberty on it.

Switch 2 launch year has been one of my favorites in history! It feels insane that 4 of my top 5 game franchises of all time were represented. (Donkey Kong, Metroid, Starfox, Pokemon) After living through the Wii U era, It's nice to see Nintendo continuing to thrive!

If your path is Starfox leads you to fighting Star Wolf twice, on the second encounter the team has injuries and neck braces 🤣🤣🤣

Buy Rhythm Heaven. It comes out tomorrow. It's $40 brand new. If you like Mario Party, rhythm games, or absurdist humor, do the right thing.

I ordered their Gripcase from Savage Raven to have something with a better grip for longer play sessions. Plus this one fits in the dock! But In order to fit it into the dock, they made the shell thin. It's not a rigid shape, it's like semirigid bendable plastic. So you can pull the grip side off.

Far Harbor in Fallout 4 was incredible. A triangle drama of apocalyptic proportions. What a game.

Fallout 4 has solidified this series for me. It has surpassed Borderlands. While I feel Borderlands wins in terms of skeptical, and moment-to-moment dynamic gameplay. Fallout more than makes up for it with it's near infinite branching paths of builds, crafting, customization, and worldbuilding.

Fallout 4 on Switch 2 is a great port! I'm 45 hours in and it's only crashed on me twice. That's literally the only issue I've had. I was obsessed with Fallout 3 back in the day, and this game appears to have its deathclaws in me once more ☢️

✨Sadposting on a Wednesday night✨ My marriage is complicated. I can't bring myself to throw any romance at this thing. It's really hard to face is how much I desire solitude. VS how much she craves being with someone. Not me in particular, but someone. Which is an absolutely draining dynamic.

Holy shit. The woman who single handedly saved Star Wars in the 11th hour. Star Wars was the film that gave me purpose for the first time in my life. And put me on the path to becoming a videographer/editor. I would say this woman low-key influenced me as much as any of my favorite film directors.

11 years ago today, Nintendo launched what would become one of its pillar IP. I didn't know at the time that it was going to be one of my favorite games, In an absolute staple on the Wii U. Cheers to Splatoon 🥂

I'm just realizing that 4 of my top 5 games of all time got representation during the Switch 2 launch. 1. Donkey Kong Country 2. Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker 3. Metroid Prime 4. Star Fox 64 5. Pokemon Red/Blue Either I'm insanely lucky or Nintendo knows all too well who's buying this console.

I muscled through and beat Command. It's a fairly short game, but it's designed to be re-played. Like most other Starfox games. This one in particular though is quite repetitive and I don't see myself going back to it right now. Also, Slippy is OP... Now... That ending...🧵👇

Am I missing something or is the beginning of Starfox Command like insanely hard? As soon as you get to Fichina, you're kinda thrown in with no understanding of the no map strategy. There are also a TON of failure points. Like too many... Continued below.

Starfox Command is... Interesting. To be fair I'm only 30 minutes into the game, but it's been like 20 minutes of exposition, 5 minutes of tactics, and 5 minutes of actual flying. And so far I don't love the touch screen controls. Maybe it'll grow on me idk.
