And don't forget, RetroDECK works on any Linux machine! Run it on your PopOS desktop or ROG Ally. The TiVO ran Linux, but I doubt that will work.

So about that new setup: previously we had a lot of repeated code, as many emulators shared libraries. This made the download bigger and harder to maintain. Our wizards have consolidated the shared code, while keeping emulator-specific code sandboxed for its emulator.

System Highlight: WonderSwan (1999) [Bandai] Although other handhelds had moved to colour, Bandai felt there was still a market for monochromatic games due to the larger battery life they would allow. Despite some great ports of old classics and new anime based games it just never found its mark.

Is there game that you thought “this won’t work well on the Steam Deck,” but were pleasantly surprised? Either for controller or power reasons? For me it was Horizon Zero Dawn. I thought for sure that it would run like garbage. With FSR, it worked great (battery life tanked, though)
