On a whim I decided to change my one complete (remaining) OOAK doll into an old pair of pants I made and a spare shirt from a rainbow high doll Doesn't fit her vibe AT ALL but I like the fit itself lol

Gidget... well I can see readers feeling the least sympathetic towards especially after Arc 2 (rn that's Bucks for me, again w/sympathy) but I ended up picking up (what I think is, anyways) their deal from the very first scene and somehow this is the most accurate image to my feelings towards em atm

I haven't really been working on anything lately, and there's a lot of different reasons for that but I think at this point a big one is a lack of focus, especially since I ended up with like half a dozen different WIPs so now any time I think of anything creative my brain is genuinely doing this

I also got through The Imperial Capital Burns a week ago solid short story in the world of Muv Luv, and I'm glad I read it before hopping into TE proper; seeing a pre-invasion Kyoto is melancholic to witness and Yui's trek though Kyoto Station made me more tense than a lot of the main series

I didn't post about it because my mental health is pretty bad but like two months ago I played through Loopers It has the vibe of a 2000's linear novel with extremely modern aesthetics; however even though I liked it a lot I feel like I enjoyed it conceptually more than I did as an experience

Every few months I reopen this file I've been testing redraw ability with and do a couple more edits before shelving it again Maybe one day in about seven years I'll ask someone to help me get an english translation of this manga out there

a dual-page colour illustration of an older shonen manga, showing it's main leads and their mascot companions. This scan is clean but due to being physical there is a massive crease in the center. Japanese text is also present on the bottom left.

the same image as previous but edited by hand the remove the crease (though there are still visible signs of areas that are not complete or need touching up). The Japanese text is also almost completely edited out as well.

Technically been a few days but I finished SDRA2 as well! While it's objectively a better made fangame on every level than 1 I can't help but just prefer things about the first for a lot of personal reasons (like vibe preference of 2000/03 over VX Ace) but it's still an amazing fangame and finale

This time I finished the fangame Danganronpa Another and man... it was pretty solid, imo the cast is at least on par with DR1, hopefully a full, polished translation in game form might be given to it one day but now I'm raring for 2 which everyone seems to glaze as the best fangame

Kinda ugly pic but it was tasty, people focus way more on Takumi's Doppio Mezzaluna Pizza (I did not find a video for Eizan's roast beef vs many for that pizza) but that sauce w/the roast beef is also awesome and should be loved more (respect to those that hate artichokes...)

A beef-filled yorkshire pudding topped with mushroom beef gravy and an artichoke cream sauce. The yorkshire pudding is too heavy to sit up, so it rests on its side with both sauces spilled over and speckled on the white plate with a dark blue paint-streak edge.

So I took myself a break from CF4-1 but stumbled into playing Human Construction Site Great short RPG Maker horror that def filled a craving for the games noted as inspo on it's page! Only complaint was how tight the timing in some events was, REALLY not helped w/how my down key is half busted lmao

Well! Finished Cosmic Fantasy 3, and while it did improve some stuff there was a LOT of extra annoyance compared to the previous game from how it changes the formula and conventions of both the series and games of the time - I think 2 is overall better. Time for the two-part finale games!

Starting with an honorable mention to two games started in 2025 and finished (with story mode) in 2026, that being Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost and Cosmic Fantasy 2 (the latter I just literally finished and am moving onto 3)

mmmm just testing out a bit of a remake style

YEAH I'm def not finishing Velox Fabula AGAIN this year but if it did anything it helped chip away at some of my creation funk (obviously not enough for me to manage to finish, but there's more to it than just funk in my failure to keep going) so here's a small test image before this is shelved

Ive been stuck in a five month-long rut so I'm gonna try and do a reset with Velox Fabula in the meantime here's some random character designs I did for insanely minor characters in Thousand Trees over that time
