at a crossroads with how i want to do my streams. I cannot speak and have been using my TTS tablet to communicate on stream. I'm getting the feeling it's a major turn off to people and they leave as soon as they hear it. I don't know if I should keep it or just go silent.

My legs are once again giving me problems. Almost wonder when I'll eventually just end up in a wheelchair. The ivig i think was helping but since insurance is fighting it, I'm pretty sure it's gotten worse.

With Twitch's AI update ( That you should opt out of immediately by scrolling to the bottom at - www.twitch.tv/settings/sec... ) it means if a streamer you follow hasn't turned it off it'll be scraping chat for all messages, even if YOU have opted out, it defaults to the channel owners settings.

What channel content (clips, chat, metadata, etc.) is eligible to be used for generative AI training?

"Your stream and the stream's chat, your VODs, your clips, highlights, and any text or images on your channel may be used. If you chat on someone else's stream, their opt-out preferences govern if that chat can be used for training"
