Steve Winwood's "Higher Love" has inane lyrics - the kind I'd assume were written by a junior high kid who thinks they're deep and no one gets them. And yet I've never seen it in a list of bad lyrics. That's especially surprising for it being a #1 hit. I guess I have a new soapbox now!
