I've been here a little over 3 months and now we're adding DI lmao. I'm gonna be chained to platfighters for my whole career. I even handled the implementation for this.

RIP. Fun project and a great dev team. Thankful it happened and helped me down this career path. Sad about how it played out. We go next.

I'm coming back for this. Might just be for like one day but I need to play this lmao.

Since MVS doesn't go down until end of May we're gonna have one month where LeBron James and Cristiano Ronaldo are playable in 2 different live fighting games.

Hurting for my friends and colleagues after the WB news today. There were some very talented individuals that helped bring MultiVersus to life that will soon be without a job. Wishing the best for them and hoping they can find new positions quickly 🙏🙏🙏

Kevin and Darc gonna win this tournament without dropping a single game?

Life update: This is my last week at PFG and my last week working on MultiVersus. With the project coming to a close I felt like it was my time to move on. MVS was honestly a dream project and despite how it's ending I'm proud of what we made.

Kinda bummed there's no English broadcast for LTA South? Unless I'm missing something and it's just not available on lolesports website. Was hoping to be able to watch all the games for the league that has my teams 😑. Maybe can be addressed on #TheDiveLoL or by MarkZ?

One weird thing I noticed at Platfight is platform fighting gamers are strangely antagonistic towards mechanics in other games. The number of times I heard "why can x character do that?!?" instead of any interest in learning/practicing/understanding.... It's kinda whack imo.

Just got home from Platfight. Stayed an extra day for Disney 👀. Tourney experience stays undefeated. Platfight was incredibly well-run and I hope they run again next year. MVS community was so awesome. Incredibly friendly/excited players. I hope more LANs come out of this.

Reslived @reslived.bsky.social · 13/12/2024

MVS bracket at Platfight is pretty hype. Singles today, doubles tmrw

Reslived @reslived.bsky.social · 05/12/2024

Surprised this popped off a bit. At one point I was a good gamer but I'm now so many years removed I've unhooked my ego from my results/skills. Now I can approach games as just... learning to navigate cool systems. Imo a much healthier way to engage w fighting games.

My biggest problem in Rivals rn is when I go to do a Strong move I instead just hit my Attack button extra hard and it's devastating. I'm so bad at clearing habits it's literally just press the right button nope can't do it.

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!

rolled credits on Metaphor: Refantazio. That was my first Atlus game. Overall I enjoyed it, but I think it had a few problems that imo prevent it from being like an instant classic. Part of it might have been my unfamiliarity with the genre. But even then, was very fun!
