on one hand, yeah kinda, on the other, i feel like many people are too quick to assume an article is true without verifying it. with the rise of gen. AI usage we need to be more cognizant of misinformation and verify things before taking them as fact. not ideal, but it's the world we live in now.

one time an artist accidentally added a tiny bit of grey on the top of my muzzle and when I saw it, i was like "oh that actually looks really cute I'm keeping it" old vs new:

if something *is* labeled you can click here to see why it was labeled but yeah people need to get better at labeling stuff. i don't mind seeing nsfw personally, but i have seen stuff that i'd rather not see (like certain kinks) and it's hard to avoid it if it's not labeled.

Get to know my characters day 4! Adam! Adam is Kohaku's boyfriend. They met when Kohaku found himself in Adam's apartment after the teleportation accident. They became friends and eventually started dating. Adam is a furry, and for his birthday one year, Kohaku turned Adam into his fursona.

Get to know my characters day 3 (oops almost forgor) Rieulvin! Rieulvin is a coyote from a planet named Canstjer II. This planet is populated by sapient, quadrupedal canines of various species. This is part of a long-running lore project that has been reworked a good few times.

Get to know my characters day 2 Kohaku! He was born in a high-fantasy world in a region named Vasperia, who is at war with the neighboring region Alterra. Due to a teleportation spell accident, he found himself in present-day Toronto and his boyfriend is a human-turned-deer named Adam!

I then wanted to change the colors, and settled on red and grey. Sometime after this I started questioning my gender identity and my fursona evolved with me going from ace to pan, cis to trans to genderfluid. Eventually I realized that being a fox didn't vibe with me as much.

collar as a bandana and i thought it was cool so i changed it. The magic was replaced with nanites woven into the bandana that could allow Reskao to shift between anthro and feral forms. This later expanded to shapeshifting.

Get to know my characters day 1 I think the logical place to start would be my fursona! Reskao was designed as a character to be used in rp back in mid-2020. Originally, they were a normal red fox with natural colors, and i was a cis male back then.
