Compound fx of both arms, both legs, C5/6 vertebrae, & collapsed lung. 13 surgeries, 15 broken bones. 2 weeks in ICU, 3 months in a nursing home, 1 year relearning to walk, a lifetime of PTSD. I was hit head-on by a distracted driver @60mph. He was unharmed.
