Is your community directly and disproportionately impacted by pollution, climate change and/or the industries and systems causing it?

Would research support help in your struggle against powerful interests?
Get in touch with us at Research for the Front Lines.: info@researchforthefrontlines.caA poster with black text on a white background. The Research for the Front Lines logo is at the bottom right, showing a hand-drawn image of humans and animals among coniferous trees. The same image is faintly visible in the background of the poster.

We can support your research in various ways, including:
- Support from R4FL Coordinators to plan and conduct the research.
- Volunteer research labour by skilled researchers.
- Reimbursement to cover certain research costs so you can lead your own research projects, on your own terms.

We especially welcome research support requests from:
- Indigenous, Black, racialized and economically marginalized communities on the front lines of the climate struggle.
- Communities responding to so-called ‘projects of national interest’ or the overall current political push for militaristic-extractive industries to override communities’ interests.
- Research projects based in the North, the Prairies and the Atlantic.
- Research projects led by youth (under 30).
