It's about the classism that the fandom puts it where it shouldn't be at all. I see this thing since 2022 and it gets tiring everytime. Steve- lives in mansion-therefore- squeaky clean. Eddie-lives in a trailer-therefore-gross.

And i wasn‘t reffering about his room. I always see this idea where steve is disgusted by eddie’s bedroom and all that while seeing steve as the perfect tidiest guy. it doesn’t really land well.

we saw his room when he invited a girl over, i don’t think he’d leave it messy. And also to have strict parents on you about your room is not as traumatic as you’d think. I can’t decorate it because they want it one way, and i’m doing p alright. Plus, he can express himself through his style v well.
