As for why I'm doing this - I've found that practicing the songs I wanna play comes a lot easier when I can actually play along to the track (as opposed to using a metronome). Previously I was using Reaper for this, but managing multiple songs means a new track for each song (not fun to scale!)

In order to play a new song, I have to add a new track, and manually mute/unmute each song when I wanna switch between them

Starting a new mini project, something like a toolkit to help me practice guitar! This is the first pass at the UI for playing back a song, with nice control over the song's tempo at the BPM level and at a percentage level. This all scales the song's speed without the pitch being thrown off

Sharing in case this helps anyone else - I was able to get Godot ImGui rendering in XR by enabling multi-viewport rendering. This works for me in Windows builds also Obvious gross side-effect is that ImGui windows render as separate windows and don't , but it's something 🤷

Godot GDScript snippit that shows how to enable multi-viewport rendering.

ImGui.GetIO() is used to fetch the input/output settings object. On that object, we set the ViewportsEnable flag, and enable ConfigViewportsNoAutoMerge.

The DNS record will take a couple mins to update (it took like 5 minutes for me). Back on bsky, you can fill out the form from step 1 with your domain URL, and click "Verify DNS Record". If you get an error, the DNS record might need a couple more minutes. And that's it! Enjoy!

Back on bluesky's "change handle" settings menu, fill out your domain name, and click "Verify DNS Record".

Sharing how to update your handle on namecheap/bsky since I had to do it just now. Took like 5 mins, ezpz 1. In bsky settings, go to "Change Handle", then click "I have my own domain" In the window that pops up, you'll get some config settings to add as a DNS record on namecheap (continued🧵)

In bluesky settings, select "Change Handle". Then, select "I have my own domain"
