Donald Trump’s oil prices are too damn high. We’ve all experienced the pain at the pump and hear the same from our neighbors. @housedemocrats.bsky.social continue to call for Trump to end his war on Iran. It’s a reckless war he chose. Stop the war and bring down the high cost of oil.

Just voted NO on Republicans’ resolutions that will attack California’s clean air protections, to prevent pollution from ships at our ports. We can’t let Republicans raise Americans’ costs again so polluting corporations can make more money by harming the air and health of our port communities.

Trump and Republicans continue to lie to Americans. They tell you they’re investing in clean water infrastructure, but they’re actually taking billions of dollars AWAY from critical clean water investments across the country.

Pollution from nearby rail yards can lead to asthma, shortness of breath, and other serious health issues in communities like the ones I represent. My amendment to the LOCOMOTIVES Act would have kept in place state pollution standards that can prevent premature deaths and save on health care costs.

Trump and Republicans’ mass deportations have led to: - American citizens being deported - American citizens being killed during enforcement operations - and 50+ people dying in ICE detention, many from terrible conditions and lack of medical resources. This MUST stop.

I stand with our union workers. Met with our LA/OC Building Trades Council to hear their concerns. Trump and Republicans are attacking workers’ right to organize and cancelling hundreds of critical infrastructure projects that would create new jobs and lower energy costs.

…Trump has added trillions to the national debt by cutting taxes for billionaires, while ripping away health care and SNAP from Americans. You shouldn’t be forced to bankroll the wealthy as you struggle to afford the basics.

Gas is $4 a gallon on average across the country — and gas prices are still NOT Trump’s top priority as he tries to figure a way out of his war of choice on Iran. That’s money that could be going towards rent and groceries. Instead, it’s lining the pockets of Trump’s Big Oil donors.

Trump contradicts Vance, says nukes, not oil prices, No. 1 priority in Iran
Vance’s comments about prioritizing gas prices diverge from the president's stated mission of eliminating Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programs.
