So I learned I have Non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder, which finally answers the question on what the fuck is wrong w my sleep, and the simple solution is to get prescription medication for it or try out melatonin. So guess I'm adding melatonin to my cocktail of other medications. 🫠

My dr didn't really warn me that heat makes POTS symptoms more severe so we stood out in 112°F heat today waiting for smth and I ended up getting really insanely heatsick that I'm finally coming down from after 3 hours. Missed half of my first day of class and cried no less than four times about it.
