Driapko has permanent scratch marks oh his horn due to similar situation. He wasn’t poisoned badly but maybe it affected his healing abilities. He doesn’t care, doesn’t notice it most of the time.

Vynchyk doesn’t have amputations but maybe half of his body that will never function can be count as a scar he now bears. That happened due to him being poisoned by dangerous liquid when he was small. And he never healed. He accepted it and invents ways to increase mobility.

Semul is covered with small scars. They weren’t healing by bath or healing items or sleep in time so they healed naturally. Those were from them constantly being in fight with everyone. They don’t care about scars.
