wip- masking tape, toothpicks, and blu tack. There were a lot of magnets in this one, it was tricky + the seller made a mistake and sent me two of the same figure, so twice as many magnets, masking tape, and blu tack.

This will be my last post about my figurines, finishing with A2 from Nier Automata. For now, I’ve stopped making figures, but maybe I’ll make more in the future- now back to my drawings #figure #nier #a2 #nierautomata

wip- to make skin you need flesh, blood, veins, and skin. There were 29 pieces, mostly about a quarter of a nail each, to assemble the pod. Happy memory. 🤖

To keep going, here’s my third figurine- 2B from Nier Automata. It’s the first one where I added magnets as some parts are interchangeable. Gluing and testing them was a real struggle, especially in such tiny sections- #nier #2b #nierautomata #ニーア #ニーアオートマタ #yorHa #figurine

wip- I created the aura by melting and twisting strips of a colored water bottle over a flame. Additionally, it couldn't stand on its own, so I made this base using a mixture of foam and epoxy putty-

As I said in my previous post, I’m sharing some figurines I worked on last year. Continuing with this Zoro from One Piece. This one is PVC, my first attempt at customizing and painting a figure, and I loved the process and result ! #ワンピース #ゾロ #フィギュア

Last year, I developed a passion for figurines. While I was looking for characters I liked, I discovered 3D printed resin kits to assemble and paint myself. In coming days I'm gonna share some of the ones I worked on, starting with Alisaie from Final Fantasy XIV- #FF14 #FFXIV 🤺

AI generated drawings can also be demoralizing when compared to your art & create confusions- I've already experienced a wave of harassment with people thinkng I had used AI during a contest The distinction between the two is becoming increasingly difficult, especially for those who aren't designers
