RESIDENT EVIL was perfect. I'm a complete sucker for shoving a guy who kinda sucks into a meat-grinder for an hour and a half, and this does that admirably. Felt like an RE sequel I wish I could play. Going to have it playing in the background constantly. I need to see it ten more times right now.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I'd like to engage with people online going forward, and I'd like to make an effort to be less reactionary and more open to nuance. It’s so easy to get caught up in the constant cycle of outrage, especially when hostility is at an all-time high... 🤷‍♂️

Fire Emblem is only an 89 on Metacritic... Sadly as someone who only plays GOOD video games I'll have to pass on this one. It's very unfortnuate since a 90+ score would have been an easy purchase for me... But alas! I'll have to wait for SkillUp's review or a sale of sorts before I dive in.. 😔

I'm torn on what game to start next... It's a good problem to have but the more time I spend delegating, the less time I have to actually PLAY the damn thing!!! GRAAAHHH!! I wish BlueSky let us do polls 😭

No lie the only hope Sony has of regaining goodwill or improving their currently awful reputation is to fire Hermen Hulst and replace him with an Asha Sharma-Like PR speaking figure that can come in and tell consumers whatever they wanna hear even if it's a lie. It's literally their only option 🤷‍♂️

i do not want to make a habit of constantly calling out other websites, we are all going through it, but also that doesn't mean you can't point out when something is really disappointing:

Nintendo fans are the biggest cattle in the world I'm sorry man. It's just nonstop defense and corpo bootlicking now matter WHAT they do or release. It's brainwashing the likes of which I've never seen. It's mental illness personified and I'm glad I'm not the only one who notices 😭

Downloaded a few mods for DBZ Kakarot and the aura looks sooo much better and lore accurate than what we got in the original game. Modders really are a godsend at times! 😭

It’s honestly depressing watching what could be one of the most ambitious and atmospherically cohesive video game films to ever get made just be dismissed by its own target audience over the most pointless lore nitpicks I've ever seen... Some of y'all don't deserve art 🤷‍♂️

Facts. Never feel embarrassed for being passionate about the things you love. Life is way too short to silence your excitement just because someone else might not understand why it moves you. There is something beautiful about unapologetically sharing the joy that makes us happy 🙌

Sony: Live service failure, physical disk fumble, insane price increases... uhhh CONCORD? Xbox: MASSIVE studio CLOSURES and LAYOFFS... Nintendo: $80 games, full priced remasters, takedowns on fan projects, absuing patents, keycards that you also don't own... What a weird time to be a game fan

I still can't believe Fire Emblem is $80... it's over $100 bucks if you're Canadian but I guess games are just worth that price now if you have the IP and the fanbase who won't care and buy anyway. I find it laughable but the market always decides so what can ya do?? 🤷‍♂️
