URGENT: Happy Cat Sanctuary in Medford NY was set on fire last night with the owner and all cats inside. It's being investigated as ARSON & HOMICIDE. Consider donating to Strong Island Animal Rescue League: they're searching the ruins for surviving cats and coordinating their care. Link in comments

Ben: I used it on the plane flight. Me: {bursts into laughter} Ben: What? Me: You can use just one of those. There’s no other kind of flight except on a plane. Ben: Oh yes there is. Of Fancy. Me: Ben: Me: Ben: So there.

I’m only 40 pages into this, but it is an absolute DELIGHT. Just what I needed on this dreary* day. *meant in all the ways

Ben has never heard ”Say say say” by Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney before. He claims this is a “deep cut”. (He wants me to tell you he knows “The Girl Is Mine” though.) Is this an obscure song?

Virgin Voyages post #3: We’ve had two different staff speak about how nice it is to work for VV compared to other cruise lines - one mentioning the good benefits and one appreciating the ability to be more relaxed and authentic. I love being able to support a business that treats its employees well!

Virgin Voyages post #2! Today is a port day, so I snapped some pics of some ship spaces while they were empty. But here’s the thing: there are no crowds and no lines on the ship even during sea days. So much so, that I assumed they were at half capacity. Nope! 99% full! Such a better way to cruise!

(And, of course, I’d love to book you on *your* first VV cruise… 😉 Just message me!)

GUYS. I’m on a Virgin Voyages cruise for the first time and I am in love! 😍 The vibe is young, fun, and relaxed, and so are the staff. LGBT+ and non-white friends - this is the line for you. This is not a cruise full of old white straight people! Here are a few pics of our first day.
