It's 2026 and we are getting a new Starfox game, a new Spyro, and a new Crazy Taxi. Welcome back 1990s. Can I just stay there forever?

Jeremy @remyjdesu.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

I dont like that the new #starfox is yet another #starfox64 remake AGAIN, but I guess I'm obligated to buy it so they at least justify continuing the franchise. And maybe finally make something else.

@frame.work really liking the idea behind the Framework 16 but was never a fan of silver laptops... any chance you will offer the Framework 16 in the dark anodized graphite color that the Framework 13 Pro comes in?

Given that, as an IP, #Zootopia has now made Disney over $1 billion dollars not once, but twice, just on box office sales, I fully expect a Zootopia world to be in the next #KingdomHearts game...

$Screenshot of text: unfuck google drive by shooting gemini Hey folks! Google is fucking you via sneaky enshittification again! Want the shit in your google drive to load instantly again, instead of taking for-fucking-ever? Open your gdrive (web OR app) Settings > Manage Apps Gemini was checked "use as default" (and i sure the fuck didn't set it that way, this was a silent push) Nuke that, and suddenly, folders that took up to a minute to populate and sort do so in a fraction of a second.$

Every reputable expert I know considers mRNA vaccine technology to be one of the most revolutionary advances in medicine in our lifetimes. Its inventors won the Nobel Prize in 2023. Shutting it down now is pointless self-harm to humanity.

The weird dissonance of not wanting to go to AX again this year (because, crowds, lines, and it's expensive) but strangely still wanting to go because FOMO is way too powerful of a force. (I'm not attending AX this year, actually I haven't gone to AX in like, 10 years)

Welp, 3 days after launch and a complaint to customer service later, my #Switch2 finally arrived last night! Walmart really dropped the ball. Mine had originally gotten delayed until June 15th! If I hadnt complained to escalate shipping I'd still be waiting for it... Oh well, it's finally MKW time!

Jeremy @remyjdesu.bsky.social · 06/06/2025

So I woke up this morning to see that my Switch 2 apparently shipped, but now Walmart says mine isn't arriving until June 15 for some reason!? wow, way to drop the frigging ball, Walmart...

Difficult time for HoloEN fans, definitely feeling it. Trying to at least take some solace in the fact that we can look forward to them (hopefully) coming back as indies and getting to stream with former company-mates who already graduated and debuted as indies.

I rarely make such noise, but I could really use a bit of a revenue bump. I just paid $160 for dog food & $370 for Oberon's medications. These are outsized costs compared to most months. You need merch? I got it right here for you! www.redbubble.com/people/Paleo... & www.inprnt.com/gallery/pala...

I know doesnt mean alot from another way-too-parasocial'd vtuber fan, but was saddened 2 hear about @niminightmare.bsky.social 's cat passing, & wishing her deepest condolences & comfort. Its a uniquely awful feeling losing a pet; if its of any consolation, hope she knows ppl care about her greatly.
