still in my Final Fantasy IX hyperfocus, i just got myself a copy of the game's strategy guide! It's a fun object, getting me back to my childhood when i was reading the Secret of Mana guide while trying to play the game (which i never got far in & most of what i know about it is from the guide) 😌✨

It's either Uru, a game i could only play on my mum's laptop (on which she was always working when i could play) and in which i merely created characters & wandered around for half an hour before being completely lost and helpless; or Skywire, a web game i played a lot with my little brother

Illustration of a character walking on a dirt path in the countryside with a big backpack. Playing cards and objects are dropping from the bag onto the path: a dagger, a snowglobe, a book, candles, a keychain and a gift basket. In the distance are a small village and mountains. The main colours are white, pink, orange and yellow hues.

Linocut print of a tiny character holding a strawberry bigger than him in front of a few tall strawberry plants. The character smiles. The picture is printed in bright green ink on light grey handmade paper with a few colored dots in it.

Illustration of four characters dancing in line while the words « not a boy, not a girl - i’m just a thousand dance moves » float around. Colors are yellow and purple, white background and black line art, inspired by the non-binary pride flag.

I’ve been starting to learn #linocut printing these past few weeks and it’s such a fun process. Here is my last print, hopefully many more to come :) #illustration

Linocut print of a bright orange, cartoon-y bus with four characters happily sitting in it

Four prints of the same bus, but the faces of the characters vary from one print to the next: sometimes they are just happy, sometimes they are asleep or reading a book.
